We should be moving to the Whitburn Masonic on February the 5th
From that date onwards Taekwon-Do on Tuesdays will be at the Whitburn Masonic 18:30 to 19:30 for Beginners and 19:30 to 20:30 for Yellow belt and above!
The next TKD workshop and Grading will take place at the Whitburn community center.
The schedule for the TKD workshop and Grading is as follows
Start 10:30
Lunch 12:30
Re start 13:00
End 14:30
Demo 14:30 to 14:45
Grading 14:45 to 15:30
Finish Grading awards/belts 15:30
The TKD workshop is open to anyone with a valid BTC License & Dobok.
TKD workshop will cover all aspects of your grading and, Self-defense, Braking (wood supplied), Advanced sparring drills, Knife self-defense.

Every one trained very hard, and progressed leaps and bounds through out the day .
All Items were covered, the workshop ran on schedule, the Demo went well, the Grading ended on time and finished with a 100% pass rate. “Well done guys”
The next West Lothian workshop and Grading is Saturday March the 1st (01-03-08) Money and forms must be in by Saturday the 23rd February (23-02-08)
Please note this will be the last West Lothian TKD workshop and Grading until JUNE!

Well done to all those who attended the 2nd West Lothian TKD Workshop and Grading of the year.
Every one had fun, trained very hard, and progressed throughout the day.
New disciplines were introduced such as the basics of 3 step sparring and competition sparring & drills!
(Oh and the wood braking, fun eh!)
All Items were covered, the Workshop ran on schedule, the Grading ended slightly over time! and finished with a 100% pass rate again!
So we now have 5 new Yellow tags 1 new Yellow belt and 1 new Green belt!
The next UKTA Masters Seminar is May 10-05-08 UKTA National Scotland South Masters Seminar & Grading Time TBA
Shawlands Academy Glasgow. Any student who wishes to grade again must attend this Masters Seminar!
(we are arranging a mini buss for the day) Cost to follow!!!
The next West Lothian Workshop and Grading is Saturday June the 07th
(07-06-08) Money and forms must be in by Saturday the 24th May (24-05-08)
