Taekwon-Do is for any one at any age, young or old, male or female. It’s especially useful to the Bullied or the Ethnic minority, the Handicapped or those with learning disabilities not to mention vulnerable young women

Taekwon-Do has a syllabus that nurtures and guides its students, working first on fitness and flexibility, followed by coordination/balance and strength, this allows confidence and concentration which has given you respect and discipline. You have also learnt a Martial Art
